AddressLSA Health are seeking at Home Support Worker's to be part of a large Care team delivering services across Domestic, Personal, Community and respite empowering independent living.
We are looking for people who have a passion in helping others to gain their independence, building trusting relationships to be inspired to enjoy life and uncover their strengths to live their dreams.
You must have a high standard and exceptional level of patient personal care, excellent communication and relationship building skills, hoisting exp, domestic duties, medication assistance, meal prep and have supported people in their own homes or facilities.
Requirements for the role:
- CERT III or IV in Disability/Mental Health/Aged Care/Community Services or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Current Full Driver's License
- Current Criminal History Check
- Smart phone
- COVID and Flu Vaccinated
- Availability to work a variety of shift
- Yellow card
- Blue card
- Reliable Car and drivers licence
- Must have an in-depth understanding of WHS procedures
