About you, About the role...
- This role is end to end recruitment, so naturally any recruitment experience you have will be advantageous, but a love for the industry is more than enough too
- It involves on-going business development, client management and candidate management
- You run your own desk in flexible/hybrid work arrangements
- Your strong hospitality background will also be highly regarded in this role as it is so focused on relationships in the industry.
- Ideally a senior management background so you have complete understanding for what makes a great hospitality candidate and what our clients really need.
- Understanding of FOH and BOH roles, from Quick Service to Premium, Hatted Venues
- You are a networker, warm and engaging in your daily conversations. You are resilient, positive and above all have FUN every day
- There are realistic sales targets and weekly KPI's which you will be set up for success to achieve
