Artisans of Barossa is owned and operated by 8 small batch, family owned wine producers who are excited to have just opened their new home in the heart of the Barossa Valley. Due to high demand, we are now on the lookout for driven hospitality team members who have the natural drive to provide our guests with truly memorable experiences. Be it in a glass, from a bottle, or on a plate we enjoy everything that is good and beautiful in our special part of the world.
As Hospitality Services Manager, reporting to the new Group General Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the business and are responsible for the effective running of the business across the Wine Room, Delikatessen & Store and Essen Restaurant to ensure the achievement of established quality, customer and staff standards along with revenue and profit goals.
As a part of our Hospitality Services team, you’ll be a helpful host, a local expert, and a proud brand ambassador. Whether you’re storytelling in the wine room, preparing for an event or serving them delicious food, you’ll be devoted to creating memorable experiences throughout our visitors’ winery experience.
It's an exciting time at Artisans of Barossa as we cross the one-year anniversary very soon, have new leadership in place, and have a real desire to provide a distinctly unique and memorable Barossa experience.
