The Hotel Guest Service Agent for the Premier Mill Hotel, Katanning and the Farmers Home Hotel, Northam will represent two of the states finest boutique hotels by managing all incoming bookings and enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner from the Hotel Support Office in Maylands.
Each Hotel is a detailed restoration of a historic building in the wheatbelt town that they are situated in, with an in-house all-day Dome Cafe and separate Wine Bar that show cases the local regions finest wines, beers and spirits.
Whilst you are in the office, you will be responding to all inbound bookings and liaise with the two hotels on a daily basis on booking details and special requests - then in addition, the person undertaking this role will need to travel regularly to each venue to take on the role of Guest Service in person, which will include overnight stays.
Your background will ideally include similar previous guest facing roles, working in hotels, and with property management software such as Protel. You should also be familiar with the Office 365 suite and environment.
