Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Licensee to join our team and take on the responsibility of managing the day-to-day operations of our establishment. As the Licensee, you will be in charge of ensuring the smooth running of the pub, maintaining high standards of customer service, and overseeing the overall profitability of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of the bar, including staff, inventory, and finances
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handling customer feedback and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Monitoring and controlling costs to maximise profitability
- Training and supervising staff to deliver exceptional service
- Building positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Understanding of financial management and budgeting
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- A valid alcohol license in NSW
