Hotel Night Manager Receptionist

Situated opposite the Old Melbourne Gaol, our Hotel hosts 120 rooms, a lush roof deck, a gym, a cinema, a lounge and a conference space offering business and leisure travellers a lavish space to meet, rejuvenate and explore the city of Melbourne.

Our philosophy is to sell an experience and not just a bed and we need the right staff to do it - we aim to surprise every guest with professionalism, knowledge and exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a dedicated, reliable and service-oriented team member to join our Front Desk team. As our Night Auditor, you will hold the fort overnight along, keeping our guests and building well-looked after as well as performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks. Working 11pm - 7am shifts as you welcome late-night guests to the hotel, processing night audit and nightly reports and contributing to a smooth overnight shift.

• Previous experience with a PMS, i.e. Cloudbeds (advantageous)
