Dudley Private Hospital is seeking an experienced, dynamic and adaptive Hotel Services Manager to oversee our Catering, Housekeeping and Laundry services on a Full-time basis.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will manage and maintain all human and material resources and the operational and business direction of the Department in line with legislation, infection control and the organisational strategic direction. Your key responsibility is ensuring the prompt and efficient service delivery of our Hotel Services Department.

Your Skills and Experience
Experience within a catering or housekeeping management position, ideally within hospitals/health care
Degree or Diploma in catering/hospitality or Trade qualifications in catering, chef/HACCP
Food safety supervision experience
Experienced in rostering, purchasing, product specification, stock control, diet codes, recipe and computerised menu systems
Understanding of Work Health and Safety principles
Proven experience in managing budget and work hours.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring your prior experience and knowledge of team management principles with the ability to manage the performance, training, motivation, and wellbeing of a team.
You will have demonstrated experience in staff supervision along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
Remuneration
A base rate will be dependent on experience level and qualifications + superannuation.

Requirements
