The roleCrown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Crown Towers Housekeeping team.In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Support in the delivery of quality care and service to our guests.
- Manage the minibar, guest services and guest amenities; such as setting up roll-a-way beds and restocking supplies.
- Ensure general cleanliness and upkeep of hotel public areas.
About youYou'll bring the following:
- Previous Houseperson experience is preferred in a similar luxury hotel or resort.
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service with great communication skills.
- Great work ethic and attention to detail.
