Your key role will see you:
Liaise with the Finance & Payroll Departments to provide accurate accounting of all tenancy financial records for both VITA employees and ARR Business Partners
Oversee the preparation of all residential leases and property inspections to ensure they are processed correctly
Provide efficient customer service to ensure the highest levels of tenant satisfaction, as required under Voyages Ayer Rock Resort policy and guidelines
Essential Experience & Skills:
Experience in a similar role with a strong background in administration
A passion for customer service
Driven and enthusiastic personality in leading a team
Effective communication and relationship skills
Demonstrated versatility working in high volume work situations
Competencies and Personal Attributes:
Passionate and hardworking character
Adept communicator and enthusiastic persona
Strong organisational skills
