The Organisation:
Our client have been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 150 years.
The Role:
This role is responsible for acting as a first responder to employee and manager queries relating to HR processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
On-boarding of new starters ensuring all relevant checks have been undertaken and processed
Maintenance and accuracy of all employee files
Identify and proactively action matters in a timely manner
Updating internal and external stakeholders of activities required or advice regarding documentation
Skills and Experience:
Excellent customer service skills
Outstanding communication skills
Previous experience with SuccessFactors is preferred
A background in Healthcare is essential
