Based at our Gold Coast Headquarters, we currently have an opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our HR team and assist in the servicing and expansion of our business.
Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Support our talent acquisition function by taking ownership of recruitment and selection processes including advertising, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and liaising with applicants.
- Work with Hiring Managers and external agencies to complete police and reference checks.
- Support our HR Advisor to manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees, contractors and temporary staff including assisting with inductions where needed.
- Monitor the shared HR inbox.
- General administrative duties including drafting and issuing contracts, contractual variation/ad hoc letters, maintain all HR records, files, registers, databases, forms and templates.
- Assist with Training and Development requirements.
About You:
- Experience within a HR department would be advantageous but not a requirement. This role may be suitable for someone currently studying / recently completed a HR qualification, or a proven administrator wanting to gain experience within the HR space.
- You must be team orientated with a positive attitude and possess the ability to work fluidly across all areas of HR and Training.
- Have strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and passion for delivering work to a high standard.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with a wide variety of stakeholders with the confidentiality, professionalism and discretion required within a HR function.
- Strong organisational and time management skills including the ability to manage competing and/or changing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- Demonstrated drive and initiative, with a proactive approach to work and willingness to undertake tasks outside of core role.
- Good research, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and preferably Visio, and experience using databases and online systems.
