Our client is a purpose driven, non-profit organisation with over 700 people based globally. They have a well-resourced HR Team focused on optimising the overall people capability and delivering the global HR strategy.
The Role
This position reports directly into the Head of HR and is responsible for supporting the effective delivery of the organisations end-to-end HR services. As the HR/Learning Consultant you will have a large part to play in promoting and advising people managers on HR policies and procedures, to ensure best practice across the organisation.
You will also have a hand in all aspects of the employee lifecycle from initial recruitment and onboarding through to exit interviews.
This role will also act as the return-to-work co-ordinator, managing aspects of health and safety.
Learning and development is also a key deliverable of this role, and you will be responsible for designing and facilitating training courses for the organisation, review the learning needs and develop and implement a learning calendar. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of training courses (online/face to face/hybrid).
Criteria
Our client is looking for passionate HR professional who is looking to make a difference. Ideally you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and a min 2-3 years of HR/L&D experience with a strong track record of stakeholder management. previous working knowledge of E-Learning, Fair Work Act and employment legislation also desirable.
You must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be analytical and adaptable to to changing organisational priorities as well as an authentic and professional work ethic.
