The Role
Due to continued growth they have an opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant to join their team based at Campbelltown. In this role you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process for a range of positions across the business. You will also support the HR team with administration.
This is a ongoing temporary position with an opportunity to join the HR team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with the management team and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for new hires.
Support with current projects and recruiting internationally
Ensure processes for new hires are managed in accordance with company standards
Processing of all pre-employment checks including; medicals, police checks, reference checks and all other background checks as required for each project
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
Support HR where required
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years recruitment experience
An advanced level of the MS Office suite of products including Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience recruiting for a diverse range of positions
Ability to work within a team, build relationships, with exceptional customer service skills
