What is the job?
As a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides high quality people related leadership, coaching and support to Executives, Leaders and Team members, to deploy and embed initiatives that support the organisational people agenda into their division. This is a true HR Generalist role and would be perfect for someone looking to upskill and take on a new challenge in their career.
Reporting into the Head of HR Business Partnering, this role will support leaders to navigate the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, culture and engagement, performance management, change management, organisational design and offboarding.
Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Provide coaching, guidance, support, and leadership advice to all stakeholders for all people related matters
Drive the divisional people agenda by developing, executing, and measuring divisional and department level people plans
Effectively deliver HR processes and programs, and functional people plans alongside the Performance & Reward, Organisation Development and Talent Acquisition teams.
Embed current programs and practices through education and engagement
Support the management and delivery of strategic HR projects & people initiatives
Lead significant change management initiatives that result in improved workforce management and people capacity

Experience in fast paced/high change and/or growth organisation
5 + years previous experience in a generalist HR role
Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple core HR processes & programs
Demonstrated knowledge of multiple Human Resource Disciplines (performance, remuneration & benefits, recruitment and selection, organisation development and workforce practices)
