HR Consultant - Ongoing - Full-Time
The successful candidate for this role will be part of a team responsible for delivery of a range of HR operational functions, including leave and payroll to key clients in Victorian government schools and non-school locations. The role may involve a quality assurance of work from day-to-day activities. If you are positive and motivated to be part of a fast paced environment, we would like to hear from you.
Multiple positions available
The Schools HR Services unit supports the Department of Education's teaching services workforce in schools and non-schools location in the areas of Payroll, HR advisory and HR systems.
To be successful in this role, you will be solution and client focused and can be relied on your problem solving skills, influence and negotiating skills. Your capacity to establish and maintain productive relationships within the department and external organisation will also be vital, along with your critical thinking who embraces innovation and continuous improvement.
If you have a strong attention to detail, positive and motivated to be a part of a fast-paced environment and some payroll experience, we would love to hear from you.
