Position
Due to internal growth, the position of Human Resources Generalist is now available.
In this role, you will carry out the below:
Reporting directly to the HR Manager of Australia & New Zealand
First point of contact for all HR related matters for employees and managers
Oversee and manage recruitment and employee onboarding
HR Management & Administration duties
Manage the complete employee life cycle
Assist with HR projects and initiatives in the ANZ region
Some irregular onsite work or meetings

Candidate
To be considered for the position all candidates must have the below experience and skills:
Minimum 1 year experience in a HR Coordinator or similar role (preferred)
Strong relationship building, problem solving and communication skills
HR Qualifications (Degree, Bachelor, Masters etc.)
Experience working with, understanding and communicating Fair Work, modern awards and employee relations legislation
Ability to work autonomously as a part of a large team
Have a great attitude, with a friendly and warm demeanour
