Why Your Role Matters:
Reporting to the Head of HR Strategy and Transformation, the HR Digital Analyst will play a critical role driving our digital transformation journey forward.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a variety of digital applications and solutions using Microsoft 365, specifically the Microsoft Power Platform and Modern SharePoint Online platform. You'll play a key role in automating and streamlining HR processes, working closely with stakeholders across the university to ensure our solutions are effective and efficient.

Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and implementing innovative digital solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance HR initiatives.
- Developing and managing content for the UNSW HR SharePoint Intranet to ensure up-to-date and effective communication.
- Collaborating with multi-functional teams and working autonomously to achieve digital project outcomes that increase staff engagement.
- Creating and maintaining reporting and metrics that allow us to measure the effectiveness of our digital solutions and make recommendations on how best to progress initiatives.
- Defining and developing process documentation for HR projects to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Work closely with UNSW IT to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- You are a problem solver that prioritises sustainable solutions.
- You enjoy building and maintaining positive working relationships and have demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- You have strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
- You have experience in using OOTB standard and premium connectors in the Power Platform.
- You have experience designing and developing Canvas and Model-driven PowerApps using Microsoft365, SharePoint or other databases as a backend.
- You have experience in business process automation or robotic process automation using either Power Automate or UiPath.
