The Opportunity
We are looking for an intelligent and motivated HR / IR professional who has exposure to generalist HR / IR within an engineering and construction environment to complete a combination of Consulting projects while also providing insourced services for clients across WA, QLD and Victoria.
Our projects are typically multidisciplinary and will allow you to build your experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The successful person will need exposure to some of the below at minimum;
Business Analysis and Improvement processes
Remuneration and Benefits Analysis and Reporting
Full HR lifecycle management
policy and process development
Industrial and Employee Relations
Data and analytics development
As part of your role, you will be working together with other specialists in these fields to deliver projects across our portfolio at a level that is consistent with your skill set and experience.
What You Need
You will need to be naturally curious and have highly developed abstract thinking abilities that allow you to see connections and patterns where other people just see chaos.
Prior exposure to mining, construction, or engineering environments is essential as is a solid foundation in Generalist Human Resources.
You will need to be creative and solution-focused, and ready to roll your sleeves up and work because you understand that success is 80% perspiration and only 20% inspiration.
