We are currently looking for an outstanding HR Manager that would like the opportunity to work with our leading client.
Our client is a 100% Australian-owned business and one of the largest privately owned cheese processors in the country. It truly is a premier provider of dairy-based goods, services, and solutions to the retail, food-service, and food ingredient markets.
The role:
For this independent role, the HR Manager will support the senior management team and will be in charge of overseeing all facets of HR operations.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Ongoing development of HR policies and procedures, including legislative compliance, review, and employee awareness activities.
- Implementing KPI’s, Job Descriptions and organisational restructuring.
- Advise and support managers/supervisors in managing the performance and development of their employees.
- Development and implementation of employee induction/on-boarding process.
- Change managementincluding but not limited to Redundancies, Performance Managements, Terminations and Re-deployment activities.
- Coordinate performance review, remuneration review and other cyclical activities.
- Oversee the activities and engagement of labour hire providers.
- Management of all recruitment activities in conjunction with the direct line Manager.
- Overseeing, guiding, and supporting the organisation across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, talent development and retention, training and development, remuneration and rewards.
- Develop and produce HR and Payroll reporting for the executive.
- Participate in strategic planning activities, advising on legislative landscape, workforce planning, skills development initiatives and other key factors.
Essential skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Management
- Degree qualifications in HR
- We are looking for a strategic thinker who is energetic, driven, and innovative, with high ethical standards, integrity and commitment.
- Experience in FMCG industry highly favourable but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year

- Weekend availability
