POSITION
The newly created position of HR Manager is now available in the Melbourne head office. The role will cover the below responsibilities:
- Recruitment/retention strategies, engaging with external partners to source, secure and retain top talent.
- HR compliance and ensuring constant awareness of changes in industrial relations requirements.
- Maintaining and improving employee engagement.
- Implementing and managing HR platforms.
- Continuing to foster and build upon a great working culture between three offices in three different states.
You will manage all HR responsibilities and you will have the opportunity to build and grow a team around you.
CANDIDATE
To be considered for the position it is essential to have prior Human Resources management experience. You must be degree qualified and have a minimum of 5 years working experience within Human Resources.
The business is open to candidates who are yet to be a head of HR, but perhaps have been in a senior capacity and ready to take the next step in their career.
Industry experience is NOT required; therefore any industry background will be considered.
The business has a strong track record of longevity and this is a full time career focussed role, therefore you must have career ambition and be looking for a long term opportunity.
