Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Australia.
The Human Resources Manager (HRM) is responsible for leading the People, Safety & Well-being activities for Nuseed Australia. The HRM facilitates corporate HR strategy into day-to-day work and provides professional HR advice and support to the business, people managers and team.
As part of the Australian leadership team, the role assists in the development and achievement of the Nuseed Australia strategy in particularly the people pillar ensuring alignment with global Nuseed business goals and objectives. This role engages with the wider Nuseed and Nufarm HR teams to develop and successfully implement companywide people initiatives.
What will you be doing?
The HRM role works within established practices to provide a roadmap for solving people and business challenges with a people-centric approach. This role includes supporting people’s professional development, recruitment activities, onboarding, talent management, engagement, performance management, compensation activities delivery, succession planning and projects focused on continuously improving our ways of working.
Managing Safety and Well-being, the role has one direct report who you will provide guidance, coaching and support to. Responsibilities and planning across this area include ensuring key deliverables and standards of operating are achieved and processes and risks are managed appropriately.

We are looking for a strong communicator who is approachable and empathetic with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation. You will have a high level of emotional intelligence and bring experience as a HR generalist in a previous Senior Business Partner or Manager. You will be qualified and technically sound with an interest in progressive practices which support business growth.
