We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources professional to join a dedicated and supportive team.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and delivering HR policies, projects and program improvements.
Your collaborative approach, coupled with your ability to build trust with stakeholders will be highly valued and respected. We are looking for someone with experience in managing projects and demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
You will use your initiative and time management skills to drive projects to ensure project milestones are met.

The package: Circa $77,000 - $84,000 p.a. plus superannuation (subject to skills and experience)
Location: This position will be based at our Administration Centre in Yalawanyi Ganya at 2 Biripi Way, Taree. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.
Tenure: Permanent, Full Time.
