Reporting to the Director of Operations the HR and Recruitment Administrator role forms an important part of our strategy and commitment to providing an exceptional employee experience.
Our Sydney office is located in Warriewood on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
We are seeking a go getter that can support our business on a part time basis 2 days per week. This opportunity would also suit someone who is looking to work within school hours.
Key Responsibilities
The below list outlines some of the key responsibilities that are required.
- HR services including staff communications, organise training and facilitate employee surveys
- Confidently execute and note take performance management meetings.
- Recruitment and onboarding process - advertising roles, screening, conducting reference checks and execution of employment packs via internal systems onboarding new staff.
- Assist with interviews where required.
- Draft employment letters and offers.
- Maintenance of employee personnel files in MYOB and our bespoke platform.
- Support with HR reporting.
- Follow up on mandatory training upon commencement of employment and ongoing training.
- Assist with probationary reviews
- Uniform ordering for Head Office employees.
- Workers Compensation claims and RTW coordination with the Ability group.
Essential Criteria
The ideal candidate is highly motivated and engaging. You will have the ability to multitask, prioritise and work autonomously.
- Bachelor’s degree Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Administrative experience
- Sound knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, training and development, performance management and employee relations is highly regarded;
- Strong communication skills;
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
