We are currently looking to engage an Administrator to support the HR/Recruitment function and core internal business units. The ideal candidate will be someone who has strong administrative background and is interested in ascertaining a career within HR & Recruitment.
The role:
- Support the full Recruitment ‘Attraction-to-Selection’ life cycle.
- Monitor and triage the Recruitment Inbox and identify potential and suitable talent.
- Shortlisting candidates according to position/role requirements.
- Pre-screening candidates to identify suitability for current and future vacancies.
- Organising preliminary and formal interviews on behalf of the Hiring Managers.
- Supporting the Recruitment Manager as required.
- Supporting the full Human Resources ‘Hire-to-Retire’ life cycle as required.
- Maintain employee personnel e-files, HR registers, database/s and systems.
- Assist the team with development and updates of documents, forms, and administrative templates.
- Prepare onboarding documents and information for new starters.
- Everyday administrative and ad-hoc functions as guided.
- Supporting the Human Resources Advisor & Global HR Manager as required.
