About the role
Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering- Corporate & Commercial- the HR Solutions Lead is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within the P&P- GBS HTR and People Solutions team. This position is key as the business develops our process automation and streamlining existing processes- improving our ways of working and driving key efficiencies.
- Partnering with the P&P & GBS HTR teams to understand key areas for improvement (e.g. onboarding- visa status- recruitment flows)
- Work with the HR Advisors to design new process flows and roll out training with the relevant teams while documenting and saving the revised solutions.
- Analyze key workflows- create process maps- and frequently review and evaluate internal processes for improvement opportunities.
- Deliver training to stakeholders of new ways of working
- Work closely with the HTR team and build a stronger working relationship.
- Partner with HR Advisors and HTR Lead to understand the root cause of the number of tickets raised and provide solutions to reduce ticketing.
- Assist with any Smart Form project roll outs
- Working with P&P- GBS and Global / International teams to identify and create operational efficiency improvements through the ongoing refinement and enhancement of HRIS (Workday) systems
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert in P&P processes to partner with our wider team to suggest improvement opportunities that ensure user requirements meet our business objectives.
- Undertake the analysis of P&P process problems and translate them into requirements to ensure solution meets business requirements.
- Improve data accuracy
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior experience working as a HR Business Partner or in a HR related role
- Prior experience working on process improvement initiatives such as workflows- process mapping- root cause analysis
- Familiarity working with various HR systems across HRIS- Onboarding- Payroll- Reporting
- Eligibility to work in Australia or New Zealand
- Ability to travel as part of the role
