The Role

We are currently seeking an energetic and career focused HR/OD Coordinator to join a dedicated and experienced People and Leadership team. This position will provide support on a range of OD/HR projects as well as manage a number of HR related administration tasks. This is a learning role where you will grow your career by being exposed to:

A range of interesting projects and responsibilities, spanning Engagement, Recognition, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, Change, and Employer Branding
Managing online learning platforms (e.g. WorkDay, Go1, Academy) and coordinating both corporate communication and reward platforms (e.g. Reward Gateway)
Dealing with a variety of employee queries

In conjunction we are needing someone with:
HR/OD/Learning Coordination experience (2+ years)
Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously across multiple priorities and projects
Good general IT skills and ability to navigate systems, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
