HR / Recruitment Administrator

We are currently looking for an Administrator with a Talent/HR background or an individual who is looking to step into that space.

In this role you will:

• Manage all administrative support including end to end recruitment, records management, payroll processing, routine correspondence and other ad hoc support as required to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate the recruitment and selection process in accordance with relevant policies and legislation.
• Support the HR Advisors and Hiring Managers with screening of resumes, coordination of interviews through to preparing and issuing new starter documentation.
• Deliver high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to enquiries and escalate as necessary to ensure queries are responded to in a timely manner.
• Provide advice and support to employees and supervisors to understand, implement and work within Human Resource policies and processes, under direction of the wider HR team.

This role can be temporary or a temp to perm position for the right person paying $64,000 + Super.
