JOB DETAILS:
We have a position open for an experienced Human Resource Officer to commerce a new role asap in Darwin, you will be providing but not limited to a high standard of support an and advise to Employees and Management in various Human Resource(HR) and work health safely (WHS)functions in line with program guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• On board new employees in accordance with HR procedures
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive personnel records, in accordance with policies and
procedures.
• Assist in the monitoring of performance review compliance by guiding managers in
completing reviews within respective timeframes and enter completed reviews into HRIS.
• Responsible for all administration tasks in relation to Criminal History, Ochre Card and
Driver’s Licence compliance.
• Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions on
HRIS
• Performing file audits, to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and
maintained.
• Completing termination paperwork.
• Data management (entry, compile and report metrics, statistics, analysis)

SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field.
- experienced working independently as part of a team in a fast-paced administrative office environment.
- ability to obtain a police clearance
