Due to increased growth, we are seeking applications to fill the position of Workforce Officer - Administration within the Human Resources team to commence at our Albury based office.

Kirinari is a highly reputable and respected disability support service providing essential care and high-quality support to enrich the lives of our customers. Kirinari employ over 1000 staff in various regions across VIC and NSW.

About the Position:

As a Workforce Officer you will assist with processing high volume recruitment and onboarding across a range of support services inclusive of Disability, Homecare, My Aged Care Package services and Transport. The position will assist with onboarding, data entry, maintenance of registers and provide support to the recruitment team to ensure accurate documentation/information is distributed to all departments for efficient and timely commencements. This position is responsible for maintaining the HR inbox by responding to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, communicating with various stakeholders and providing support and assistance where required as an administration function.

This position is full-time permanent position located at our Albury office to commence as soon as practicable.

About You:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail/data entry skills
  • Previous experience in HR or Recruitment is highly regarded
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to learn new software/systems
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work creatively and collaboratively to problem solve
  • Ability to liaise with and maintain a positive working relationship with various stakeholders
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check
