We’re looking for our class of 2024 Human Resource & Industrial Relations Graduates!
ACCIONA is a unique presence in Australia’s and New Zealand’s construction landscape. We are both a major investor and an employer in Sustainable Design, Civil Infrastructure, Rail, Tunnelling, Mechanical & Electrical, Ground Engineering, and Water solutions. About our Graduate Program:
Our unique Postgraduate program offers a comprehensive development and training experience based on key competencies that will set you up for success in your career with ACCIONA.
Both hands-on experience and targeted training will help you develop your capabilities. Working in collaboration with our graduates locally and globally. Yes, Globally, our program includes a global development program where you will work with teams across 40 other countries, all leading to a post-grad certificate.

Kick off with our national Induction and Boot Camp week
Flexible time frame achieved through our self-paced competency framework
Participate in 2 to 4 rotations to gain a breadth of experience
Site visits to some of Australia’s flagship sustainable infrastructure projects
Practical monthly lunch and learns presented by ACCIONA senior leaders and subject matter experts
Team up with graduates from different countries, businesses & cultures
Post-graduate certification attained through a global graduate program.

Relevant tertiary qualification as per below
Good leadership, organisational and communication skills with the ability to develop, manage and maintain great relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
High degree of passion and ambition
Mobility and flexibility to travel intrastate / interstate if required.
