Job description

Get Ready to Make Your Mark with Us!

As our Human Resources Associate, you'll be developed to be the go-to expert for all things Industrial Relations and Human Resources. Whether it's helping clients navigate the ins and outs of the Fair Work Act or developing workplace policies, you'll be a key player in our mission to create the best possible work environments for everyone.

But this isn't your run-of-the-mill consultant job.  We're looking for someone who's as passionate about making a difference as they are about workplace relations. Someone who's not afraid to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table. Someone who's as comfortable working as a team as they are working independently.

So, what do you say? Are you ready to join our mission and make a real impact in the world of work? If so, here's what you need to know:

  • A degree in law, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Human resources, workplace relations or employment law experience (but don't let that stop you from applying if you're a recent grad with a burning passion for the field!)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (because let's face it, you're going to have to talk people through some very difficult situations from time to time)
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty (because this is a high-stakes, fast-paced job that requires a go-getter attitude)
  • A sense of humor (because let's be real, the world of workplace relations can be pretty dry. We need someone who can inject some fun and excitement into the mix!)

So why wait? If you're ready for a challenging and rewarding opportunity with a purpose-led company, apply to join the Workplace Partners team today!
