This is a true generalist role that will see you gaining exposure right across a broad spectrum of HR.
Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Providing first-level advice to middle managers and employees, including advising on policies, procedures, awards and EBAs.
Employee Relations - Assisting with lower-level grievances and disciplinaries, providing coaching and guidance to managers.
Supporting managers with the performance management and probationary discussions.
Continuous process improvement such as updating policies and procedures.
HR Projects; assisting with broader HR initiatives including systems implementation.
Assisting with recruitment overflow on an as-needs basis.
Managing compliance and ad-hoc requests.
To be considered for this opportunity, we ask you to have;
2-3 years experience in HR Advisory or Business Partnering
Experience with award and EBA interpretation is desirable.
Exeperience leading low-level ER cases
Strong initiative and proactive nature.
