The role of HR Advisor will have a major focus on HR generalist activities such as:
Consult and counsel all levels of management, salaried and hourly employees
General HR advice and guidance to both blue & white collar employees
Performance management and disciplinary action advice
Management of end-to-end recruitment campaigns
Management of Employee Opinion Surveys and action planning
Lead new employee onboarding and induction programs
Facilitation of various HR related training packages
Maintain employee personnel files and HR information systems to ensure data accuracy
Partner with HR Service Centres, Compensation + Benefits and Payroll teams to assist in the administration and support of employee remuneration
About You
Prior Human Resource experience working in a generalist capacity or within recruitment (preferably within a logistics warehousing environment)
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a business-related discipline or relevant job related field
Organised & efficient work practices with the ability to prioritise your workload and multitask
Confidentiality, discretion and sound judgement
Effective interpersonal (both written and verbal) communication skills
Intermediate-Advanced MS Office Skills and experience with a HRIS or other databases (Chris21, Peoplesoft and/or Taleo would be highly regarded)
