Our client, a global technology leader in electrification, smart technology, automation, and motion, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team based in the eastern suburbs. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to join a dynamic and growing company that is at the forefront of innovation.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading the HR function, providing strategic direction and operational support to the business. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and global HR policies and procedures.
Manage the full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and offboarding.
Coach and support managers and employees on HR matters including policies, procedures, and employment law.
Partner with the business to identify and implement workforce planning initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion strategies.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, as well internal HR policies and procedures.
Manage HR metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Requirements:
Current HR experience with energy, construction, technology, automation or an industrial field.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years of HR management experience, including experience managing a team.
Strong understanding of employment law, labour relations, and HR best practices.
Experience in talent management, workforce planning, and diversity and inclusion strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a global, matrixed organization.
Proficiency in HR systems and metrics.
