The Role
Joining as a Human Resources Manager, you will manage up to 70 employees in Australia and New Zealand, making key decisions locally, whilst liaising with both local and international directors and managers. We are looking for a senior Human Resource Business Partner who has experience in both management and who is willing to lead by example being the driver of all policies and procedures.

Day to day responsibilities will include;
- Develop and Lead core values drivers of HR such as Retention, Employee engagement & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Succession, and Strategic Organisational Development.
- Partner closely with Management to run Organisational Transformation linked to the company Strategic plan by driving good change management practices and taking initiative.
- Implementing and refining HR systems by reviewing processes associated with compensation & benefits, talent development, leadership excellence, business partnering, organisational culture, and compliance.
- Support and assist the management team by being the first point of contact for all general HR queries in ANZ.
- Implement and develop HR processes by applying timely and accurate advice to the business in accordance with relevant industry legislations.
- Reviewing compliance with relevant legislation; updating and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, manuals and forms; and ensuring active HSE practice is occurring across the organisation.
We're looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate HR Manager. You will have previous experience as a HR Manager and are interested in not only leading but being part of the change and growth of the organisation.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Proven ability in a similar role and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Resilient, Confident, and comfortable with change
- Proven record of effectively managing project plans, prioritising initiatives, and adjusting plans to changing circumstances aligned with organisation goals.
