About the Role:
Intereach is seeking a highly motivated, positive and personable individual to become part of our dynamic Human Resources team and support the growth in our organisation. This is a generalist position that will provide support in the delivery of a wide range of HR functions across the organisation but have a clear and strong focus on recruitment in the Aged Care space.

The successful candidate would have professional HR experience, strong relationship building skills, a commitment to uphold the Intereach core values and the ability to provide valuable support and guidance to our diverse team.

This position is full time - 38hrs per week, fixed term 12 month contract with potential for ongoing employment. This position can be based in either the Bendigo or Gisborne Intereach office.

This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award as a Level 4.1 with a starting salary of $77, 577 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
