GPAC Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is a progressive HVAC contractor based in Kogarah with projects predominately based in the CBD. Due to expansion and growth, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager.
Projects are mainly commercial fit-out/refurb, up to around $3m in value.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Senior Management with all aspects of procurement and delivery of projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Use drawings and project specifications to determine layout of installation. Mark up construction drawings after installation so As Built’s can be updated by engineer.
- Installation of ductwork, pipe work, installation of a/c equipment and controls.
- Conduct on-site quality inspections to guarantee compliance with industry standards
- Ensure adherence to WHS protocols on-site
- Conduct regular tool box talks and inspections
- Attend to maintenance of air conditioning systems
- Attend service calls as required
To be consider successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
- Strong organisational and team leadership skills
- Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in working with air conditioning/refrigeration systems
- Hold a valid NSW Driver’s licence
