Detailed Job description: -
Responsible for supporting, securing, and monitoring all administrative functions necessary for the efficient operation and supporting the Wintel, Azure, Exchange, SCCM, SCOM, Backup, Citrix, VMWare and SQL server environment.
· Perform Windows Server administration for availability, patching, health, capacity, commissioning and decommissioning in VMWare and Nutanix.
· Administer Active Directory sites and services, configurations and implementations of new environment
· Manage VMWare ESXi including configuration, upgrade, provide best practices and troubleshooting issues
· Patch deployment to servers and Workstation (Desktop, Laptop, Tablets) via SCCM in monthly basis.
· Manage Mailboxes, configuration, troubleshooting and fixes in MS Exchange environment
· Citrix administration to install, configure and publish applications and desktops
· Cross skilled as SQL DBA to manage and maintains SQL DB’s
· Manage, configure and troubleshoot Active directory Federation Services
· Manage, configure and troubleshoot Distributed File Systems
· Manage, configure and troubleshoot Terminal services
· Manage, configure and troubleshoot Certificate Authority services
· Security patching process and procedure for Critical and regular vulnerabilities
· Maintaining Data Centre
· Installing, configuring and troubleshooting L2 level support on Backup (TSM) and Storage (Nimble)
· Aligned with Major incident process, problem management, change management and request fulfilment using ITSM process (Tools used Service Now)
· Performing Service recovery for Windows based server / Application on monthly basis as per TransGrid requirement.
· Currently working with Vendor on migration of Virtual machine from VMWare to Nutanix environment.
· Provide Training for system process to cross skilling staffs or train on new system procedures for shift left.
· Create KA for systems or system functions specific to customer
· System Procedures (Patching Documents, Server Commission, Server Decommission)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
