The opportunity

Reporting to the ANZ IT Manager, you will form part of a small yet strong IT team that provide service their teams in Australia and NZ providing systems administration support and working on transition project moving legacy systems to the cloud. Duties will include:

• Cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Designing and upkeeping high-quality web applications by implementing modern best practices, including SharePoint.
• Offering systems administration assistance for CRM, Jira, Power Automate, and additional IT systems.
• Configuring business process automations through Power Automate.
• Managing and overseeing the SharePoint Online tenant, involving tasks such as user management and reviewing/adjusting site and content permissions.
• Generating new SharePoint Online sites and offering recommendations based on user requirements.
• Developing and maintaining forms on SharePoint Online using Microsoft InfoPath and Power Apps.
• opportunities and leading special projects to enhance business process efficiency using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Selection criteria:

• Tertiary qualification
• Previous experience as a System Administrator
• Strong computer literacy
• Be technically proficient in VM Ware, Azure, Intune
• Comprehensive grasp of best practices and functionality in Microsoft products.
• Effective communication / interpersonal skills
• Incorporate both creative and analytical thinking, coupled with robust problem-solving and consultative skills.
• A work approach characterized by professionalism and collaboration
• Critical thinking skills
• Strong prioritisation skills and ability to adhere to deadlines
• High attention to detail
