Job description

ConnectCCS is a leading provider of inbound call centre services for hundreds of companies across Australia.

Use your call centre experience and excellent customer service skills to provide callers with high quality assistance. 

Work in a modern, fresh call centre with excellent facilities and a great team. 

NO OUTBOUND SALES CALLS!

These positions are casual roles with an initial paid  training & probation period.  There will be future opportunities for excellent performers to secure a permanent position.  

You MUST be available to work a Saturday and/or Sunday shift EVERY week.  Work a possible 20 to 40 hours per week.  Penalty rates apply. 

Shifts available from 5am to 10pm Mon to Sun (min 4hr shifts to max 8hr shifts available across each day).  You MUST be prepared to work a rotating roster which will include weekend hours.  

If you have worked in a call centre previously, can type quickly & accurately, speak excellent English, think on your feet and be able to demonstrate a great customer focused attitude, we'd like to hear from you.   

We are located in Midland close to all public transport - Midland train station is 5mins away and $6 all day parking is 1min walk away.   

MUST be Australian resident - sorry, no travelers.
