The position:
We are looking for 5 Customer Service Superstars who have a genuine love for helping people. These are completely inbound roles where your customer base is some of the most important people in Victoria!
- Full-time permanant positions
- $63,000 package
- Hybrid role - 3 days in office, 2 from home (after training)
- Rotating roster - Earliest start time is 8am, latest finish time is 7pm
- Monday - Friday position with the potential for Tuesday - Saturday
- Great location right opposite Parliament train station
- Early October start date
This is the perfect position for someone who is looking to take the leap from general phone-based customer service or a fast-paced face-to-face customer service role & move into one of the most exciting industries in the world, banking.
- A genuine passion for providing the best possible customer service & helping others
- Experience within Banking or a contact centre is ideal but isn't a must
- Excellent communication skills & a positive attitude
- A team player who can work autonomously
- Handling all inbound enquiries relating to all things banking: everyday banking, money transfers, updating details, term deposits & general enquiries.
