About the role:
HCF is Australia's largest not-for-profit award winning health fund. Their members-first philosophy is simple – be there for their customers when they need them and go out of their way to make the HCF experience a good one!
What will you do:
- Assist customer with the health claims requirements
- Navigate solutions based on the customers needs
- Accurately record detailed customer interactions
- Follow up work on claims
- Promote HCF products when applicable
- Work a rotating roster between Monday - Friday 7.45am – 6pm (7.6 hour shifts)
- Commence 16th September 2022
- Complete 10 days of fully paid training in the comfort of your own home
- Hybrid working - after your training, you would be required to attend our Troode Street office every 2nd Wednesday. Flexibility may apply
What you need:

Demonstrated customer service experience

To work from home you must have a fixed internet connection
You must be located in West Perth
Evidence that you have received two doses of a recognised COVID-19 vaccine
