About your new role:

You will be supporting all our aged care functions; Residential, Retirement living & Home Care by being the first point of contact to all inbound calls. You are effectively managing all inbound and outbound calls to/from the main switchboard, identifying customer needs, and accurately directing enquiries appropriately.  You will also support the administration function from time to time.

Please note that our call centre is open from 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday. You will work within a team to ensure all hours of operation are covered.

Duties:

  • Managing all inbound and outbound telephone communications in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing accurate, friendly customer service, and adhering to all policies and procedures
  • Gather information to determine customer needs, apply problem solving and resolve the request/inquiry effectively
  • Administration duties & management of the internal group email inbox

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail & Strong customer focus
  • Relevant administrative experience
  • Knowledge and application of CRM systems (in particular Salesforce)
  • Intermediate level Microsoft excel & word
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check
  • Willingness to obtain or provide proof of Up-to-date Influenza & Covid-19 Vaccinations
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical
