Due to our recent and continuing growth, we’re currently looking for multiple Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Contact Centre team representing our client, Specsavers!

About the role:
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Provide inbound support for Specsavers stores across Australia
- Manage customer bookings, reschedule/cancelling appointments
- Be an exemplary representative of our client Specsavers
- Commit to consumer advocacy and deliver great outcomes for both the consumer and Specsavers
- Handle consumer communication enquiries and providing them with a highly personalised experience throughout
- Offering up to full-time hours between Monday – Sunday
About you:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and a positive attitude
- Ability to think on your feet
- Strong computer literacy
