Position Description:
- Elevate and enrich the whole of the membership journey
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the density, diversity and connectedness of our organisational membership
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of events ensuring they are high quality events from inception through to completion
Position Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Business Management/Administration, Events, Marketing, or a related field from a recognised tertiary institution (essential) with relevant demonstrated experience (min 5 years) to fulfil the requirements of the role including team management and leadership
- High-level demonstrated experience in acquiring and maintaining corporate partnerships
- High-level demonstrated member services experience including the development and implementation of a membership strategy, with the capacity to bring creative and innovative ideas to enhance member engagement
- High-level demonstrated experience in executing strategies to develop and deliver innovative and professional events
- Exceptional project management skills coupled with exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and written communication skills including the ability to prepare a range of written documents including strategies, project proposals and reports with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong ICT experience using the Microsoft Office suite and CRMs with high level analytical skills and ability to analyse and utilise data to inform decision making
