ROLE
Due to a re-structure in the team, this newly created role is responsible for implementing individual giving activities across a range of audiences and channels, encouraging supporters to make an even bigger difference to the world.
Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving you get to work autonomously working across traditional direct mail and gift catalogues to emergency appeals and regular giving, focused on increasing the engagement and lifetime value of current supporters.
You also get to work on engagement for one of Australia’s leading peer-to-peer fundraising events.

YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- A few years’ experience in fundraising
- Preferable Direct Marketing Campaigns including Direct Mail, telemarketing, EDM, online in the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong content writing capabilities
- Multi-channel campaign implementation and vendor management
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience in database management and reporting.
- Understanding of working with data set to ensure quality data and insights.
- Creative with strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Project management skills and ability to deliver to timelines.
- A friendly professional nature who can work collaboratively.
