Spark and Hustle: We're seeking individuals with passion and drive. Whether you're a recent graduate with a marketing degree or have some experience in marketing or Influencer Marketing, we're interested in your potential and eagerness to learn.

A day in the life:

In this role, your days will be dynamic and varied, filled with exciting opportunities to shape the creative direction of our campaigns. Here's a glimpse of what a typical day might entail:

Creative Meetings: You'll start your day by diving into creative meetings, brainstorming sessions where you'll collaborate with the team to explore innovative concepts for our brand partners.

Influencer Briefs: As an integral part of the team, you'll assist in crafting influencer briefs, ensuring they effectively communicate the campaign objectives and brand messaging.

Influencer Shortlisting and Sourcing: With your finger on the pulse of social media trends, you'll actively search for and shortlist influencers and content creators who align with our brand partners' values and objectives.

Managing our Network: You'll play a key role in nurturing and expanding our influencer network, fostering strong relationships with influencers and content creators to ensure successful collaborations.

A Typical Day:

Throughout the day, you'll wear many hats, from creative thinker to strategic planner, as you work to bring our clients' visions to life through creative content. It's a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, but your passion for social media and Influencer Marketing will drive you forward as you make meaningful contributions to our team's success.

This role, based in Brisbane, offers a hybrid work-from-home and office setup, providing flexibility while fostering collaboration. As part of our growing team, you'll have ample opportunities for advancement, as we believe in promoting from within.
