This diverse and hands-on role will play an integral part in the Infrastructure team and the broader IT team, supporting and driving multiple deliverables and projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative maintenance, monitoring and support across the infrastructure stack both within the bank as well as systems & services hosted with 3rd parties
Participate in planning and the implementation of migration to cloud technologies eg: O365, Exchange Online, Mobile Device Management
Effectively triaging and troubleshooting escalated infrastructure issues as well as day to day management of incidents and service requests
Working closely with Information Security in managing and monitoring security patching for Desktops and Servers and Endpoint Security, OS hardening
Management of vendors, driving delivery and performance
Providing proactive contribution to the banks projects and initiatives
Create and maintain systems documentation, configuration information and reporting
Availability to work outside business hours and with occasional local and interstate travel to meet operational requirements
Participation in on-call rotation within the team.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Mandatory must have:
5 Years + as a senior systems engineer across infrastructure and cloud based environments
Experience in 0365 planning, implementation and support
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare,Cloud
Experience with Microsoft technologies (AD, GP, DHCP, MFA, SCCM, ADFS, DFS, Azure, Hyper-V, O365, PowerShell)
Demonstrated experience Exchange
Vendor and third party management
Demonstrated experience in infrastructure design
Experience and competencies in cyber security
Tertiary qualification in IT and/or equivalent relevant experience
Microsoft server certification (MCSE, MCSA)
