As an Insights Analyst in the team you will work closely with a senior team producing actionable insights and artefacts such as measurement frameworks, presentations and dashboards that contribute to strategic planning that unifies brand goals, objectives and consumer needs.
Reporting to the Measurement Lead you will collaborate across a diverse mix of clients. You will build insights from your analysis of data (mostly paid media campaigns) and use your data manipulation and visualisation skills to “tell a story” with your findings, providing clear and compelling presentations for your clients.
You will work closely with other teams across the agency and share your knowledge of consumers and target audiences to evolve ideas and create outstanding experiences. You'll work to improve measurement frameworks and contribute to the analytical practice within the agency.
You are a curious and creative thinker with prior experience working in a strategic capacity. You may have a background in marketing, media or digital strategy and have a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem including CRM, Paid Media (Addressable and Programmatic) and Customer Data Platforms. With an analytical mindset and proficiency in SQL, you can synthesise information from a variety of data sets to highlight valuable insights that will enhance project outcomes. You are equally comfortable presenting ideas in a confident and articulate manner with excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
