As the agency continues to grow, they are looking for an Insights Consultant to join their Melbourne HQ:
You'll be intellectually stretched by working cross-functionally across various projects, stakeholders, and industry types, utilising the left-and-right side of your brain. One week you'll be developing a multi-year consumer insights strategy for a tech retailer, to designing behavioural interventions to reduce littering the next.
With 30+ consultants in Melbourne, you'll have the opportunity to learn from some of the sharpest minds in the industry, and you'll quickly become an integral member of the team, with key responsibilities in:
- Assisting with managing the entire project lifestyle from proposals through to presentation
- Leading project management reviewing budgets, timelines, and financials
- Design and oversee the development of quantitative questioners
- Overseeing data collection and supplier project management
- Data analysis and finding patterns in data within excel, Q or SPSS
- Translating numbers and statistics into concise recommendations
- Creating client-ready reports and assisting with presentations
- As you continue to grow and develop, you'll have the opportunity to take the lead on small client accounts, learning projects independently!
- 18+ months of agency experience in market research, insights or strategy within a quantitative capacity
- Confidence in managing multiple projects and client relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Intellectual curiosity with an ability to solve problems creatively
- A sense of humour and self-awareness
- Ambition and a desire to grow within an organisation and challenge the thinking of your peers
